Advancing Limb Preservation: Cybion and AKVA Surgical

Innovation in orthopaedics is driven by collaboration, and AKVA Surgical is proud to work alongside Cybion in supporting education and awareness around Tibial Transverse Transport (TTT).

Recently, AKVA Surgical sponsored an orthopaedic Journal Club focused on the science behind TTT, bringing together clinicians interested in regenerative orthopaedic techniques and limb preservation. The session featured insights from Mr Roman Stauch, Founder and Co-Director of Cybion, who shared his expertise and experience in the development and clinical application of TTT.

TTT is an Ilizarov-based technique that continues to generate global interest for its potential to promote tissue regeneration and support complex limb preservation cases. Through educational initiatives such as these, AKVA Surgical remains committed to facilitating meaningful discussions around emerging treatment approaches.

By partnering with innovators such as Cybion, we continue our mission of supporting clinicians with access to advanced technologies, education, and practical clinical insights that help improve patient care.
