Limb Reconstruction Educational Day
Saturday, October 31st AKVA Surgical took part in sponsoring a Limb Reconstruction education day held at Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane. The event was chaired by Noelle Coleman, who has been the Limb Reconstruction Nurse Specialist in QLD for over 10 years. The day included an array of excellent presentations from surgeons, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists who are all heavily involved and interested in limb reconstruction. The educational day provided an extraordinary opportunity for the attendees to share their experiences, to gain the overview of and to further their knowledge in the area of limb reconstruction. The event was a great success and we were delighted to participate.
